•    ACS EARLY LEARN- Participated in the writing of an ACS Early Learn proposal to expand program services to eligible pre-school children through the addition of four center based programs and 600 family child care slots.
•    Enhanced the scope of services for pregnant families, infants and toddlers through the implementation of grants acquired through the Episcopal Social Services EHS program. 
•    Robin Hood Foundation $250,000.00- Assisted in the writing of the grant that expanded services to children and families to include additional children in a center based setting and pregnant families in a home base setting. The grant provided much needed mental health services for pregnant mothers, families, children and staff. 
•    Allen Foundation $25,000.00- Passport to Healthy Living-Created an initiative to address combating early childhood obesity from pregnancy through early childhood years.

Maternity Home of Hudson Valley- Executive Director

  • ​Provides executive leadership and oversite for a Christian residential home for pregnant women age 18 yrs. and older who have little to no support.

Sheltering Arms Children and Family Services-Sr. Director of Early Childhood Education Programs
•    Provided direct supervision for 11 directors of ACS NYC Early Learn Center Based Pre-School programs annually servicing over 1300 children in the NYC area. Program types include:
o       Early Head Start
o       Head Start
o       Department of Education Universal Pre-Kindergarten
o       Child Care
o       Family Child Care
o       NYS Therapeutic Pre-School comprised of inclusion and integrated classrooms.
•    Demonstrated sound fiscal prudence in assisting in overseeing the management of a multi-million dollar budget.
•    Recruitment, hiring, development and support of a staff of over 200 including teachers, clinicians, direct care,             support staff, consultants and administrators.
•    Helps inform decisions surrounding physical plant issues (facility maintenance, including purchase or replacement of supplies and equipment.)
•    Through site directors assures quality food service, ( purchase of food, food storage, meal planning and preparation)

•    Maintain relationship with SA Board of Directors to guide the EHS program
•    Provide over-site and supervision of 21 Early Head Start staff members
•    Recruit qualified professionals to provide superior home base and center base early childhood services for infants/toddlers
•    Provide leadership that ensure program curriculum and services that reflect the needs and interests of parents and the community
•    Responsible for management of an annual budget of over $1,000,000.00.
